解觉方法：右击项目——>属性（Properties）——>找到Build Java Path——>右边有libraries选项，点击——>Add Libraries——>Server Runtime——>next,再选中你的tomcat服务器——>finish，回到Java Build Path右边界面中的Orader and Export——>选中刚刚添加的ok就可以了
