今天用户抱怨系统挂起了，到用户处检查发现，是TRACE文件太大，有20G了，经检查，发现TRACE文件内容中，都是一下内容：
Ioctl ASYNC_CONFIG error, errno = 1
这个问题以前遇到过，是异步IO设置的问题，特别是在HPUX系统上，而用户正好是HPUX 11.31，ORACLE 11G R2 RAC
于是这个问题，通过以下方式即可解决：
查看/etc/privgroup文件是否存在，如果不存在创建这个文件，并添加如下内容:
dba MLOCK RTSCHED RTPRIO
#分配权限给/etc/privgroup
setprivgrp -f /etc/privgroup
附 TRC文件内容：
wlsvr1b-> more timms2_ora_2202.trc
