今天从新安装idea后出现的问题

错误信息：

解决方法：

首先在maven中的settings.xml中里设置新版HTTPS的阿里云仓库

<mirror>    
<id>aliyunmaven</id>    
<mirrorOf>*</mirrorOf>    
<name>阿里云公共仓库</name>    
<url>https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/public</url>
</mirror>

最后clean就会进行正常下载了
