出错信息：
Failure to transfer org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-archiver:jar:2.0.1 from http://repo.maven.apache.org/ maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced.
解决：
jar包下载失败，可能是网络不佳导致下载失败，找到本地的仓库的位置，搜索以lastupdated结尾的文件，删除文件。
然后回到maven项目，右键maven—updateProject
