第一步：terminal，查看GoLand启动错误日志

agent library failed to init: instrument可以看出Error是缺少jetbrains-agent.jar。原因：曾经安装过盗版软件。
解决方案：启动配置文件删除这一行。配置文件在：
/Users/你的名称/Library/Application\ Support/JetBrains/GoLand2020.3/goland.vmoptions 删除这一行
/Applications/GoLand.app/Contents/bin/jetbrains-agent.jar最后重新启动成功。
