Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Web Authoring Component
安装有问题。
发现问题方法，网上找到类似的错误解决办法，是把office 2007里的安装组件有问题。
单独安装发生问题，所以确定问题发生在office组件上边。可能vs2008用到office2007的组件吧。
不太清楚，然后就去找office2007安装问题的解决方法。
最简单的是，把offic2007重装。但是，重装也有问题，我以前安装过，然后卸载了，再安装版本又对不上。
结果把注册表里的关于offic2007的所有项目全部删除掉。
重装office。。。。。。ok.
重装vs2008。。。。。ok.
