“SQL Server setup media does not support the language of the OS or does not have ENU localized files. Use the matching language-specific SQL Server media or change the OS locale through control panel.
”
解决方法：
step1：控制面板->时钟、语言和区域，点击“更改显示语言”
step2：选择“格式”，将“格式（F）”改为“中文（简体，中国）”
step3：选择“位置”，将“当前位置（C）”改为“中国”
step4：选择“管理”，将“非Unicode程序中所使用的当前语言”改为“中文（简体，中国）”
